Job Title: CHAPLAIN â PRNLocation: PruittHealth Hospice â Athens, GAJob Description: The chaplain will plan and coordinate bereavement services for United Hospice families and patients, as well as handling the day-to-day functions of devotional and spiritual counseling.The chaplain will assess the spiritual needs/concerns of patients and families by direct communication with the individuals, by communication with the patientâ?'s clergy, or by information obtained by other personnel. They will provide consultation, education, and support for other members of the Healthcare center and the community: Conducts one-on-one visitation with residents. Counsels residents and families when death is imminent.
