Title: Account Manager â PruittHealth Pharmacy ServicesLocation: Atlanta GA and Surrounding AreaPOSITION SUMMARY:The Account Manager acts as liaison between Pharmacy Manager, consultants, the sales team, other pharmacy staff and United Pharmacy's customers. Works together with the pharmacy team to ensure a seamless transition at facility start up. Strengthens business relationships with customers by conducting regular facility visits. Supports pharmacy operating procedures in the facility by conducting in-services and providing educational materials that are designed to facilitate compliance with key procedures. Helps to resolve customer concerns and works with pharmacy team to provide follow-up to ensure that all issues are resolved. Works with the sales team, pharmacy manager, and consultants to assist with the introduction of new Pharmacy Services tools and technology. Works with the pharmacy manager, consultants, sales team, and vendors to provide outside clinical and other educational in-services to Pharmacy Services customers and partners with sales to provide this education to non-customers. Works with the sales team to assist in providing references, sales presentations when needed, and support at tradeshows, and conventions. Enhances customer service and company growth objectives through the development and maintenance of long term customer relationships.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â· Work in a team environment in order to establish productive, collaborative relationships between the pharmacy and its customers.Â· Build and maintain relationships with all levels of facility staff.Â· Utilize Customer Action Request form at monthly facility visits to ensure that any and all issues are resolved.Â· Keep supervisor and pharmacy manager informed of daily activities and issues.Â· Coordinate and ensure that all tasks are completed during facility start up.Â· Conduct regular healthcare center visits utilizing the Visitation Protocol Checklist, re-contracting as appropriate and pre/post survey follow-up on a monthly basis or more frequently if required.Â· Coordinate and provide assistance during quarterly business reviews.Â· Conduct regular facility in-services on pharmacy policy and procedure such as: ordering/reordering, e-kit use, after-hours procedures, and stat medication procedures.Â· Assist in training facilities on new technology such as, Framework Link, eMAR, Advantage Rx, and automated dispensing machines.Â· Conduct med pass observation in healthcare centers.Â· Coordinate Infusion Therapy classes in healthcare centers.Â· Conduct Med Tech classes and certification.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Â· Five (5) years health care experience preferably in long term care.Â· Prefer experience in Account Management.Â· RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or (Certified Pharmacy Technician)Â· Excellent oral and written communication skills.Â· Advanced computer skills.Â· Extensive knowledge of LTC pharmacy policies and procedures including billing and medical records.Â· Extensive knowledge of LTC healthcare center policies and procedures.Travel expectation greater than 80%; General Travel PolicyWe offer a progressive benefits program that reflects our commitment to caring for our 16,000 partners:* Partner Referral Program â Earn cash for referring licensed and certified candidates* Employer paid profit sharing* Employer matching 401(k)* Paid Time Off (PTO) accruals beginning the first day of employment* Access to "Purchasing Power" financial health program after one year of employmentFor immediate consideration, please click the "Apply Now" at the top right of this screen.At PruittHealth, Committed to Caring isn't simply a tagline, it's the way we do business and it's ingrained in our culture.
