Title: Corporate Mailroom CoordinatorLocation: Norcross, GAPOSITION SUMMARY:Ability to keep the mailroom organized and to sort, process and deliver all mail for the facility. To make badges for partners. To maintain office supply inventory and ensure all copiers are supplied with paper. Assemble copy projects as assigned.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â· Ability to prioritize projectsÂ· Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution.Â· Sort, process and deliver mail to partners within facilityÂ· Weighs packages or letters, computes charges using weight scale and rate chart.Â· Strength to deliver large boxes of mail or heavy packages.Â· Maintain office supply inventoryÂ· Operate complex printer & assist with assembly and copy projects.Â· Communicates well with clients, vendors, fellow partners, visitors and others providing warm and friendly greeting and an approachable attitude.Â· All other duties as assigned.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree. 2 years of work experience in a business service center/customer service environment required. Excellent interpersonal skills, phone manners and customer service skills are essential. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Must have good organizational skills Knowledge of medical equipment and terminology is preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
