Title: Payroll & Benefits Specialist IILocation: Norcross, GAPOSITION SUMMARY:The Payroll & Benefits Specialist II is responsible for processing payroll for all PruittHealth partners; coordinating partner benefits; resolving partner payroll, health, and welfare issues; serving as a resource to the field; training and orienting new field representatives, reconciliation, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Advice and counsel partners on benefits and payroll related issues timely and accurately. Answer benefit eligibility and payroll questions and research/resolve issues for all partners. Communicate with vendors to ensure partner's concerns/complaints are resolved in a timely and equitable manner. Administer open enrollment, prepare benefit packages, and prepare benefit communication materials. Administer PeopleSoft Benefits Administration to review benefit enrollment/changes to HRIS. Administer various partner benefit programs, such as medical, dental, life, 401(K) and flexible spending accounts in accordance with carrier contracts. Review benefit forms for accuracy and coordinates processing requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Manage and maintain the time and attendance and payroll processes to ensure prompt and accurate payment to all partners, including performing all activities necessary to process payrolls. Process involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments and responsible for full cycle garnishment administration. Assist with new hire orientation by facilitating benefits and payroll information session. Train new payroll reps and FC's in the field on payroll and benefit administration and processing. Creates, prepares and provides reports as need or required by management. Open benefit events in system as required. Respond to more complex questions pertaining to payroll and benefit administration. Responsible for W4 loks, stop payments, direct deposit reversals, and ACA reporting requirements. Other duties as assigned.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree or equivalent required.
